这是由于mysql8.0的默认认证方式改变造成的
mysql 8.0之后默认的认证方式变为caching_sha2_password
解决办法
在mysql中执行
CHANGE MASTER TO GET_MASTER_PUBLIC_KEY=1;
然后
show slave status\G
成功
